<link>http://www.dbtc.co.uk/index.php?name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=45</link>
<description>New Section.

Prompted by an excellent post by Powerrabbit earlier this week, we've started a new section in the main menu called FAQ's. The intention is that this section can be used to store useful posts or item of information that will be of ongoing interest to members.

Any suggestions or offerings please PM Admin.

Pride of place as FAQ No 1 is Powerrabbit's excellent post on David Brown loaders

<title>NEW USERS - FORUM REGISTRATION</title>
<link>http://www.dbtc.co.uk/index.php?name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=33</link>
<description>IMPORTANT – ANYONE WISHING TO REGISTER TO USE THE FORUM

Please note that when you register to use the forums it is necessary to include
your location as part of the registration information.

The reason this information is required is twofold, firstly so that we do not get 'spoof' users. Secondly, and the most important reason, is that members join the club from all over the world, and often post asking for advice which in many cases is location specific eg spare parts supplies, or technical queries which concern models specific to a particular country.

The location needs only to be fairly general, eg Dorset, UK; Queensland Australia; Ontario, Canada etc.

Whenever a user has registered, an email will be sent to one of the website administrators who will check the users profile to see if the location has been entered. If it hasn't, then the user will be reminded via the personal messages service. If the user still does not enter their location then their registration will be deleted.

Thank you for your co-operation in this matter

<title>To all visitors who require help from the Forum concerning their DB products</title>
<link>http://www.dbtc.co.uk/index.php?name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=23</link>
<description>Anyone wishing to use the DBTC Forum will need to register first. This is free. After registering and logging on users will find a new option, My Account, which will be found on the upper left of the Home page. From here take the Edit Information option and please tell us your approximate location. This information is helpful to the club in determining where our many DB devotees are. It is also sometimes necessary when dealing with queries and requests for help if the tractor or machine in question was initially exported. The information need only be your country if you are outside of the UK or County if you are within it. On the subject of requests for help please give as much information as possible in terms of model no. serial no. age, etc. and photographs are always helpful. And remember, there are lots of experienced members of the Forum who are happy to help.</description>
