has anyone noticed they are no longer getting an email notification when they have a private message on here? Have checked my notification settings and everything seems ok. My email is functioning normally (with the usual amount of spam as per normal  ) just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem? |

No.
But it's very infrequent that I need to send one .
I've sent you a test PM so you can see if it works.
I note that the message stays visible in my own outbox, until the recipient logs on. |

| yes ive just had the pop up box come up on here informing me, but i used to also get an email from DBTC telling me i had a message in my inbox, just for the last few weeks it hasnt seemed to send them? Oh well nothing major to worry about. |

It has been up and down for a few days - sometimes they come, sometimes they don't! I found that I had two messages when I logged on on Sunday, but hadn't had an email. However, I have had email notification since then.
I now log on more regularly just to check! |

We have been having email problems recently and I thought that it had all been rectified. I am certainly getting all the ones that I should be getting for the shop orders.
Could some of you play around with PMs please and let me know if there is a problem in there as well.
Just to clarify things a little. You need to have the option that emails you when there is a PM waiting for you switched on. To do this log on and go into the Forum. Then look up at the top of the screen and click the Profile option. The relevant box to tick is about half way down the screen. All PMs that are sent stay in the sender's Outbox until they are read. Once read they are then moved into the sender's Sent box. |

| I had one sent to me earlier today and havent recieved any notification of it, think its been like that for about a month or so, definately no longer than that though |
