Credit card transactions are handled by Barclays ePDQ and, as such, are encrypted to the highest standard to ensure that your details are secure.
Non-members of the Club are welcome to order from the store, however, Club members can claim a discount by entering their discount code (all discounted orders will be checked against membership records)
Please note that customers must allow 28 days for delivery. In practice most items are packed and posted within a few days but occasionally,if waiting for a stock delivery, delivery may take a little longer. Please also note that this Club and it's shop exist because of the work of dedicated people who carry out their allotted roles for no reward when they have finished their normal day's work and in their spare time.
The Club adheres to the standard method of dealing with returns according to the Distance Selling Regulations. Any goods that are supplied which are faulty will be exchanged. Faulty items must be returned to the Club Shop. Customers who have ordered items incorrectly can, if they so wish, enter into dialogue with the Shop Manager in an attempt to resolve the issue. But the Club reserve the right to levy a handling charge on returned goods, this to be at the discretion of the Shop Manager and at a rate to be determined by Him/Her. Customers returning items for this reason are responsible for a secure method of delivery to the Club Shop and the Club will not be liable for any expenses incurred thereof. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Shipping Costs
Postage and & packing is entirely dependent upon which items are purchased and the geographical location of the customer and is clearly displayed at the checkout prior to the payment screen.
Due to shipping difficulties, paint can only be shipped to the UK and Ireland. Because of the high postal charges 2.5 litre containers incur a post and packaging cost of £ 12 GBP. 1.0 litre containers incur a charge of £ 7.00 GBP and aerosols carry a P&P charge of £ 3.00 GBP
